We are a company manufacturing & marketing OTC (Medical Devices) and Derma Cosmetics brands for domestic and exports.
We are looking for a Brand Manager having either OTC/Consumer or FMCG products handling experience. He would be responsible for following:
– Should be able to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value, awareness and market share.
– Should be able to work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales.
– Should be able to develop budgets, forecast sales figures and assess KPIs and ROI, along with having a good understanding of consumer behavior, up-to-date market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity.
– Should be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance.
– Should be responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns. Work to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
1. BBA or MBA. Preferably in marketing or related field.
2. 10 years’ experience in managing brands.
3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
5. Budget development & management skills.
6. Strong research and analytical skills
